What is YidooO's billing unit?
Uses "Points" as the billing unit. Different features consume corresponding Points based on usage scenarios, such as dialogue, image generation and editing, video generation, voice generation, etc.
What is the relationship between Points pricing and subscription plans?
You can subscribe to a plan to receive monthly Points and daily bonus Points, making it ideal for high-frequency creation.
What are the advantages of annual payment compared to monthly payment?
Annual payment is more cost-effective and convenient, with a lower monthly conversion price, and usually includes benefits such as "2 free months", making it ideal for long-term creators.
Points Acquisition & Validity Period
How are daily free Points calculated? Do they expire?
Daily bonus Points are fixed per plan version and expire at the end of each day without rollover. It is recommended to concentrate high-frequency creation during the daily bonus period to maximize use of the bonus allocation.
Do new users get a free trial?
Yes. Newly registered accounts receive 100 Points, which is sufficient to experience core features.
Points Consumption Rules
How much Points does text dialogue approximately consume?
Each conversation consumes 2 Points, billed per conversation round.
How are image generation and editing billed?
Billed per "image" or "per edit". Different feature types (such as Ask AI for image blocks, style transfer), resolution, and complexity will affect Points consumption.
What is the relationship between video generation Points and duration and resolution?
Directly related to generation duration (e.g., 6s, 10s) and resolution (e.g., 480, 720, 1080). The higher the resolution and the longer the duration, the more Points are consumed.
What are the limitations of voice generation?
Each generation has a character limit (e.g., up to 200 characters per generation) and is billed per generation. Ideal for quickly generating voice for short scripts and voiceover segments.
Subscription & Upgrade
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Upgrading or downgrading at any time is not currently supported. If you need to adjust your subscription plan, please contact the customer service team for assistance.
Can I pause my subscription?
Pausing is not currently supported. If you won't be using it for a period, it's recommended to cancel before the cycle ends and reactivate when needed.
What should I do if I run out of Points?
You can wait until the cycle ends and then upgrade to a higher version to get more Points.

What are the main differences between non-members and members?
Non-members are limited in the number of Creative Boards (e.g., maximum of 5) and have lower storage. Members can access more Creative Boards, higher storage, daily bonus Points, and better per-use costs.
How is storage space calculated?
Creative Boards have a single board storage limit (e.g., 1GB), with members having higher overall storage (e.g., 20GB), while non-members have 5GB. It is recommended to regularly clean up or upgrade to ensure creative continuity.
Are there rewards for referrals?
Yes. Both parties in a referral can receive Points rewards (e.g., 100 Points), with reward distribution subject to the actual referral rules.
Payment & Invoices
What payment methods are supported?
Supports credit card, PayPal, and Alipay. Enterprise clients can apply for invoices and business partnerships.
Can I get a refund after purchase?
Subscriptions and Points packages are instantly effective digital goods and generally do not support mid-cycle refunds. If you encounter abnormal charges or technical issues, please contact the support team for assistance.

Which version should lightweight users choose?
Recommend choosing the "Origin version", which has low cost, covers core functions, and includes daily bonus Points, suitable for daily dialogue and a small amount of image/video needs.
How should I choose for high-frequency creation or commercial projects?
Recommend "Master/Legend/Creator versions". These versions offer higher daily bonus Points, lower per-use costs, and provide platform exposure, commercial opportunities, and priority support, making them more suitable for stable creation and monetization.
How can I reduce overall costs?
Prioritize annual payment to get a lower conversion rate. Arrange generation resolution and duration reasonably, make full use of daily free Points, and consolidate batch tasks for processing whenever possible.
